Life can be quite eventful, but not all of those events are considered good. Despite all the good things that happen, negative ones also decide to step in.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus knows it all too well. The former Seinfeld star announced to the world that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2017. Now, she is very close to beating the disease.

The diagnosis came while shooting the acclaimed television show Veep, which has been on hold ever since. But the actress might come back soon, as reported by Pop Culture.

This was revealed by Louis-Dreyfus co-star Tony Hale. During the premiere for Love, Simon, Hale said that the actress was doing great and that everyone was ready to start shooting again in the summer.

Hale seemed to have a lot to say regarding Louis-Dreyfus. In an interview with The Wrap, he praised his co-worker for fighting all the way through her tough journey.

According to the source, the 57-year-old was very positive during the whole process, even when she had to endure the painful treatments. On February 14, Valentine's day, she took to Instagram to share her happiness after successful surgery.

She shared a photo with her fans and followers in which she appeared to be glowing. The actress was very glamorous, wearing a black shirt with see-through sleeves and looking straight at the camera.

As reported by Pop Culture, David Mandel, the executive producer of the show, announced that the political satire was originally scheduled to end in 2018, in its seventh season.

But, due to Louis-Dreyfus diagnosis, the show entered a hiatus. Now that she has done some table readings with the rest of the cast, the shooting is set to resume in August, which means that the last season of Veep will be able to reach everyone's living room in 2019.
